Payments can be made securely via Paypal, haven't got an account with Paypal thats no problem you can make one time payments without signing up. We also have Paypal express enabled to make shopping even faster with this option you will have the choice as to weather you want to create an account with us. We also accept Cheques/Postal Orders and Bank transfers.

How long until I receive my order?
Soaps will be despatched normally within 14 working days. Candles please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order as everything is made to order to ensure you only receive fresh stock. Please allow an extra 5 working days if outside of the uK.

If you sign up to our Newsletter any up coming new products or sales will be sent straight to you via email. All details entered on our Login page are secure and no third party will be given any details whatsoever.

What are the advantages of signing up for an account with you?

Can you produce Candle orders in a Fragrance that is not listed?
Yes Candles and Soaps will source fragrances of your choice we have access to over 500 different fragrances so please do ask if you cannot find the fragrance you require, however if we need to get fragrances in for you this will add an additional two working days to the despatch of your order. *
Are there any minimum order values on Wholesale orders please?
We do have minimum orders in place but have made these very low on Soaps and Bath Bombs we have a minimum order value of £30.00 and on Candles etc. we have a minimum order of £15.00.
How is Postage calculated?*Postage is calculated by weight but once you reach a weight limit of 2kg the postage will reach the top limit of £8.50 courier rate and you can order any amount of goods up to 25kg and the postage will not be any more than the £8.50 UK mainland rate. If you wish to arrange your own courier that is fine also simply check the collection in store option via Checkout and you will not be charged postage and you can then contact me with your arrangements.*What are Shipping rates to Europe?*Shipping rates to Europe is based on Royal Mail once a weight limit of 1.5kg is reachedall parcels will be shipped via courier at a rate of £15.00 up to 25kg ideal for our customers buying wholesale.*What are Reward Points?*Reward points are earn't with every purchase you make and can be redeemed against your purchases once you have earn't 50 or more points this is in addition to any other promotions being run at the time of redemption. To redeem your points you simply do this via checkout when completing an order.
