We aim to send goods within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Owing to Candles being made to order please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order.

Candles and Soaps use Royal Mail to ship all our smaller orders as this is the most cost effective way for our customers. Any larger orders are shipped using UPS as this proves to be more cost effective than the Royal Mail Standard parcel rate. Candles and Soaps will always ship our products the cheapest way to benefit our customers. We have an automatic calculator in place via the checkout system and as you add products to your basket this will calculate the weight and give you a postage price via a pop up estimator as you shop so no nasty shocks at the end of the checkout system.
